Eligibility Standards

• Qualified applicants can borrow up to 80% of a property's appraised value or purchase price (whichever is less).
• NJM Bank would hold the first lien on your property.
• Loan approval depends on financial information of the borrower and guarantor. In some cases, extra documentation might be required.
• Appraisal and environmental inspection are required.
