HELPFUL INFORMATION ABOUT TELEPHONE BANKING

Which NJM Bank accounts may I inquire about?

Any deposit or loan accounts that are registered with the same primary account holder's social security number. Other individuals listed on the account, such as a joint account holder, must use the primary account holder's social security number (for the first time) or input the subsequently-assigned PIN number to access the information.

What is my PIN Number?

The first time you use NJM Bank's Telephone Banking System, you must enter the last four-digits of the primary account holder's Social Security number. You will be prompted to change it to your own individual, private PIN number at that time.

How can I transfer between deposit accounts?

In order to transfer funds between deposit accounts, all account owners must complete and sign a registration form, which we can provide to you by mail, fax, e-mail, or at one of our branch offices. In order to be eligible for transfer capability, all accounts must be titled with the same owner's names. Please contact us for more information, or print and complete the Telephone Transfer Authorization form and fax or mail it to NJM Bank.
