1 If the daily balance in the account during the monthly statement cycle falls below $100, a $1 maintenance fee will be assessed. Federal regulations limit this account to no more than six electronic transfers per monthly statement cycle, either to another account held by the depositor at the same institution or to a third party (such as pre-authorized, automatic, computer and/or telephone transfer). There is a fee of $10.00 for each electronic transfer transaction exceeding the six permitted per statement cycle. Exceeding six transfers could also lead to the elimination of transfer capabilities or closure of the account.
